Texas State Regulated Fee:
$6.00 Per Notarial Act;
$25 per Remote Online Notarial Act
A State of Texas commissioned remote online notary is provided to clients. The required state regulated fee is $6.00 per notarial act (One notary tamper-proof seal per notarial stamp). We pay this fee direct to the notary upon completion of the assignment.
Remote online notarial act consists of one or more of the following on a Signer Provided State Regulated Notary Certificate:
